What is Andy?

Andy is a private driver service that operates to and from the Catalunya region in Spain and Andorra. The company offers electric cars, wifi, and Spotify on-board. Local drivers are used to ensure customers receive the best service possible. The service is reliable and affordable, making it a great choice for those looking for an easy way to get around.

Where and when do you operate ?

Our service is available to/from Barcelona area, Catalunya, and Andorra. We work 24/7 a day.
Just place your booking when you need to travel and we handle the rest !

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. The payment is received by the bank, certified by VISA/MasterCard..

Is your service safe ?

We're operating for 1 year and employ all of our drivers, which means that our solution is way safer than using another transport platform that will sell your trip to private contractors they never met !

What currency will I be charged in ?

We're based in Barcelona, so all trips will be billed in € (euros) from our side. If your credit card has another currency, you bank might add an extra cost for the conversion.

Is the price for a car or only a passenger ?

All prices displayed on the website are provided per car. The price does not depend on the number of passengers within the car capacity.
‍Important note : maximum capacity of a car is specified for each class.

I need an invoice for my trip

After your trip is done you'll automatically receive an email with your trip summary and a downloadable PDF invoice for your record !

How do I find and book a transfer ?

Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses in the corresponding fields above and click "Book a trip". You'll then be redirected to our booking engine where you can set a date and time of pickup, see prices and select options.

How long will driver wait for me ?

Your driver will be waiting for you up to 15mn if you ordered from any place except airport. If you're arriving by plane, we will check your flight status and wait as long as we can until you arrive.

How far in advance should I book my transfer ?

Reservations can be made 2 hours before the scheduled departure. Your booking will be confirmed once you receive the confirmation text.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed ?

After you made a booking, you'll receive a confirmation SMS on your phone number. You'll also receive a confirmation email from our team with your driver's phone number and plate number. And you can always reach us via chat to confirm all infos.

What are your cars capacities ?

We have two types of cars :
Electric Tesla : 4pax, 2 suitcases and 2 check-in baggages. The best for trips until 300kms.
Van : More space, more comfort, for 6pax and 6 baggages maximum.

What will the car be like ?

What you see is what you book. If you order a Tesla, you'll get our Tesla. If you order a Van, you'll get our Mercedes V-Class Van ! It's simple as it's ! On peak order days, we also work with partners in our network who have different vehicles of the same category.

Im travelling with a child

If you travelling with a child, please take the option "child seat" during booking. It has a cost of 10€-; Please note that our cars may handle only 1 child seat, if you need more please contact us before.

Im travelling with an animal

If you travelling with an animal, please select "Animal" option during booking. It has a cost of 20€-; Any animal should be transported in a portable carrier.

What if I need to stop or change route ?

The price of the trip is calculated with the distance between the pickup and drop-off you entered when booking. If you need to change it or stop during the trip, please inform us as it might add an extra cost.

What is Andy's cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours before booking starts. If you decide to cancel less than 24 hours before, we will keep 50% of the total trip cost. If you do not present at the time of booking, we will keep 100% of the total trip cost.

How do I change booking ?

Please contact us by email or via livechat with your name, date of trip and destination, and we will change it for you. Changes has to be made at least 24h before booking starts.

How do I cancel booking ?

Please contact us by email or via livechat with your name, date of trip and destination, and we will cancel it for you. You'll receive a refund on your credit card within 2-3 days.

How will I find the driver ?

The driver will meet you displaying with a sign your first and last names that you specified during the booking.

Pickup is an airport
The driver would meet you at the gate of arrival area of the airport after you've passed passport control and claimed baggage.

Pickup is an hotel
The chauffeur will wait in the lobby for you if you are attending a hotel pickup place.

Pickup is a residence/apartment
The chauffeur will wait downstairs of the building.

After your booking, we will send you phone number of driver and informations about the car that has been assigned to your trip.

Can I contact with driver ?

We will send on your phone or by email driver's infos including name and phone number. You'll be able to reach him in case you need it.

What languages does the driver speak ?

All of our drivers speak at least Spanish and English. Some of them also speak Catalan or French. If you need to communicate in French or Catalan, please contact our support as we speak all of them.
