How do I find and book a transfer ?
Ready to get started? Click the "Book my ride" button, and we'll guide you to our booking platform, where you can enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred pickup time, check out prices, and customize your ride to your liking.
How far in advance should I book a transfer ?
You can book a trip whenever you like, but up to 2 hours before departure, so we can prepare it best. However, to ensure you have a vehicle, make your reservation as soon as possible.
How will I find my driver ?
The driver will be ready and waiting for you, holding a sign with your name that you gave us during booking.
If you're at the airport, they'll be waiting for you at the arrival area after passport control and baggage claim.
If you're at an hotel, they'll be waiting in the lobby.
For pickups at your own place, your driver will be hanging out downstairs.
Plus, we'll send you a text with a link to your driver's location so you can track their every move.
What if my flight is delayed ?
If your flight is late, don't worry! Your driver will be waiting for up to 60 minutes after landing. In a rare case where the delay goes beyond that, we'll do our best to connect you with to another driver without ruining his schedule. We always keep an eye on your flight using your flight number and find a solution if things don't go as planned.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed ?
Once you've made a booking with us, we'll send a confirmation text and email your way. In the email, you'll find your driver's plate number, so you can find him easily. And if you have any questions or need to make changes, our chat support is always ready to help.
What's included in the price ?
We don't like surprises, and we're pretty sure you don't either! That's why our listed price for all passengers in your ride is all-inclusive. Tolls, wait time, fuel - you won't have to pay a penny more for your smooth and stress-free journey with us!
Where and when do you operate ?
Right now, we're operating in Barcelona, Madrid, Andorra and Valencia, and we're coming to more cities in Spain and France!
Do you provide receipt/invoice ?
Yes, automatically after your ride is completed you'll receive by email a PDF invoice. If you have entered your company's information during the order, your invoice will be issued in the name of your company.
