“Der Fahrer war sehr pünktlich, trotz der frühen Stunde um 05:30 Uhr. Der Herr war sehr professionell und höflich. Das Auto war groß und sehr gepflegt (Audi A6 Avant). Alles Kosten, auch die Mautgebühren, waren im zuvor angegebenen Preis enthalten. Man konnte nur 2 Koffer bei der Buchung angegeben. Wir hatten jedoch 3. Der Fahrer hat diesen anstandslos eingeladen. Am Ende der Fahrt gab es keine Versteckten Kosten. Wie sind sehr zufrieden und werden den Service auch beim nächsten Spanienurlaub wieder nutzen.”

“Excellent communication and service. There was a rockfall closing the road from Toulouse to Andorra which meant a huge detour, but we were kept informed of the situation the whole time. We then changed our return flight to fly out of Barcelona and they changed our booking very efficiently. Our return driver arrived at the hotel approximately 45mins early and was happy to wait in reception until we were ready.”

“We knew who our driver was and he was in contact with before pick up. He told us exactly what to do, which made the journey that much more relaxing. The driver was safe and very polite. The private transport is expensive (expected), but we thought we’d at least have had water available, or have a designated stop on route, so we could have got basic provisions. Others we have used have always provided drinks and snacks. Just an observation. Other than that I’d highly recommend the company to anyone.”
