Tossa de Mar
Make your arrival in Tossa de Mar practical from the outset. Use the full accommodation address rather than just the property name, and check any arrival instructions your host has provided. If you need to meet someone at a particular time, work backwards from that appointment using the approximate 40-minute drive. Leave some flexibility rather than planning around an exact arrival minute.
Along the way
This is a city-to-destination journey covering approximately 41 km from Girona to Tossa de Mar. Your precise pickup and drop-off addresses matter when planning the drive; the displayed duration is an estimate for the transfer, not a promise for every address. Keep the pickup instructions specific. A hotel name, street number and any access information are more useful than a general meeting area in Girona.
Weather
For spring travel, check the forecast before choosing what to keep within reach during the drive. In summer, carry drinking water rather than packing it beneath your luggage. For autumn and winter departures, check for rain and keep an appropriate outer layer accessible. Allow flexibility if weather affects road conditions on your travel date.
Why private transfer?
For Girona to Tossa de Mar, a private transfer connects the addresses you choose without requiring you to organise separate transport at either end. Public transport may suit a flexible budget, but check current services and how you will reach your accommodation. A rental car makes more sense if you need a vehicle after arrival; otherwise, compare the full rental cost and parking arrangements with the indicative transfer fare from €86.
