Wat als vriendenkring in de Pyreneeën begon, groeide uit tot een vertrouwde naam voor lange afstand — zonder de menselijke touch te verliezen.
ANDY ontstond toen vrienden van wegen, logistiek en gastvrijheid iets echts wilden bouwen. We geloven dat lange ritten dezelfde zorg verdienen als iemand thuis ontvangen. In het begin deed iedereen alles — rijden, berichten, routes — en dat karakter zie je nog steeds.
We kennen de corridors uit het hoofd: Barcelona, Girona, Valencia, Madrid en Andorra zijn geen punten op een kaart — het zijn wekelijkse ritmes van luchthavens, stations en resorts voor duizenden passagiers.

“Wij zijn zeer tevreden. Vooraf kregen we uitgebreide informatie met filmpje over de ophaalplek op vliegveld Girona. Ook hadden we al informatie over de taxichauffeur (Andres) met foto. Andres was zowel op de heen als terugreis ruim op tijd en erg vriendelijk! Een 10 voor deze chauffeur.”

Beide keren is perfect gegaan, ruim optijd aanwezig en correct behandeld. Een gesprek in engels aangaan was nauwelijks mogelijk, de ritjes van een uur waren stil voelde dan wel wat onpersoonlijk en ongeïnteresseerd.”

“Via de website van Andy hadden wij (4 personen + bagage ) een taxi rit Salou-Barcelona Airport geregeld. Tussentijdse vragen zijn keurig beantwoord, de netjes geklede chauffeur verscheen precies op tijd op het opgegeven adres en heeft de bagage ingeladen. Deze jongeman was zeer vriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam. Ook de taxi zag er netjes uit. We zijn op een veilige en snelle wijze op het vliegveld aangekomen. Dit taxibedrijf Andy is zonder meer aanbevelenswaardig”

“We really liked our drivers, Tony and Nellie. They tried very hard to comminicate with us as we are English speaking Canadians. Just a couple of things...because of the language barrier, we did not experience the " tour guide experience" that we hoped for. This was one reason we chose Andy car service. Our return trip from Andorra to the cruise pier in Barcelona actually took 4 hrs not 3. This is important to note in case you have a set time for checking in on the cruise. Both drivers were late with the pick up but were very apologies.”
“Driver went to wrong terminal at Barcelona Airport. He did manage to communicate to us through WhatsApp where he was, but it meant that we walked a long way to another terminal in order to find him. His driving from Barcelona to Girona was somewhat jerky in the Tesla and he drove well below the posted 120 km/h speed limit often doing only 70 or 80 km/h so the drive took a long time otherwise we arrived at our destination OK and there are no other problems. He was courteous however.”
“Great communication from driver at collection point and the drive to Girona Airport from Barcelona Port was excellent. We had 3 adults and an 8 year old. “Excellent communication and service. There was a rockfall closing the road from Toulouse to Andorra which meant a huge detour, but we were kept informed of the situation the whole time. We then changed our return flight to fly out of Barcelona and they changed our booking very efficiently. Our return driver arrived at the hotel approximately 45mins early and was happy to wait in reception until we were ready.”
